No Quibble Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with you purchase please contact us by email or phone and we will endeavour to rectify the problem for you. We offer a NO QUIBBLE return policy and are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any of our goods (this excludes any custom/personalised items).

Returns and Exchanges

Goods are returned to Pegasi Apparel Limited at your expense, although if you require an exchange we will post the item out at no extra cost.
Please return the item within 14 days of receipt. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted unless your have contacted us first. All returned goods must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Refunds on damaged or faulty items

Please contact us if you have received a damage or faulty item within 7 days of receipt. Every one of our items is hand checked to ensure you receive them in perfect condition, but if you do receive an item in less than perfect condition we will do everything possible to put it right immediately.

The refund can only be given to the original paying customer via the original payment method. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be sent by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items. Postage charges will be reimbursed on damaged or faulty items only.
